Tom Hall, after touring North America through the 70's & 80's settled in Cobourg, On. One day after running into fellow "Road Warrior" Al Brisco it was decided to gather some musical friends, rent a hall and have some fun.
21 years and many sold out shows later (less Covid hiatus) we are going strong.
Every individual member of The Sweet Water Band has their own story to tell. From sought after studio and touring musicians, award winners to Hall of fame recipients, they have survived and literally made hundreds of dollars in the Country Music industry. For this show we will be also taking a walk through the library of Merle Haggard.
Canadian country crooner Jamie Oliver has been dazzling audiences for decades with his warm, smooth, embracing voice. As lead vocalist for Canadian country acts Big Tobacco, The Empty Glasses, and The Odd Country, Western Swing act The Double Cuts, and the Let Us Be Frank Big Band Orchestra, he’s been able to effortlessly hop between musical genres and deliver superbly, displaying his lifelong love affair with a well written song.
Introducing Honky Tonk Heart: A timeless and captivating country music trio. Spike Piticco, with warm distinctive vocals and a natural gift for harmony, discovered her love for music on her wedding day. That led to a journey of performing on various stages throughout Ontario where her talents and sense of humor endear her to all. Jennifer Smith's deep-rooted passion for music started in her big Irish family, where she embraced the sounds of fiddles and guitars, eventually joining the family band, and performing as a soloist as well to audiences enchanted as much by her captivating stage presence as by her velvety and nostalgic vocals. Christine Vaillancourt, with her rich authentic sound, was born into a country music family, and embodies a true country traditionalist. Her unique ability to evoke deep emotions through classic country songs makes her a captivating performer, and her energy on stage makes her a joy to watch.
Born and raised on his family farm, just north of Cobourg, his simple livin’ roots are the catalyst for his “outlaw” country sound.In his early 20s, Tyler got into a major car accident that left him unable to continue pursuing his other passions. He needed to spend time healing. Within that healing, he found music. Tyler discovered a deep love for writing and performing and suddenly he couldn’t think about much else. His ability to reach and connect with people has led him to many venues and festivals to perform his music. It’s also led him to make many friends and fans wherever he goes.

This Award Winning Singer/Songwriter is a veteran to the stage. She captivates audiences with her commanding presence and old soul passion for music. Shaylyn’s story telling in her songwriting resonates strongly in all of her music and has led her to perform at venues all across Canada, as well as some of the largest honky tonk
stages in Nashville, Tennessee. Her music truly shines from her heart. When it comes to her fans, there is nothing more Shaylyn loves than Kickin’ It Country!!!!
London, Ontario born Michael Warren found his country roots on the prairies of Saskatchewan in North Battleford during his teenage years. His father came home one day with a guitar and started playing songs at the kitchen table. From that moment his music journey began. From a high School talent shows to performing many years in a country cover band, you’ll find some “Strait up” country.
